With the theme of work in 2025: "Nam Dinh youth is proud and firmly believes in the Party", the youth of the whole province actively responded to a series of activities focusing on the grassroots, participating in building advanced and exemplary new rural areas; undertaking youth and social security projects and tasks; educating the youth... The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union has deployed to the districts, city Youth Unions, and affiliated Youth Unions to register tasks each month, and at the same time conduct appraisal and approval of implementation content on the basis of closely following the political tasks of each locality and unit, promoting specific strengths, ensuring feasibility, creating synchronization, richness, and diversity in content and form from Youth Union bases throughout the province, which has brought about practical results. The propaganda and education of traditions have been focused on by the Youth Union at all levels, in which the content of moral education and revolutionary ideals for union members and young people has been enhanced: organizing political activities "Vietnamese youth proudly marching under the Party's flag"; forums "Party with youth, youth with the Party"; competitions to learn about the Party's history, Party Congress Resolutions at all levels; competitions to learn about Ho Chi Minh's moral example, the journey to "red addresses"... In addition, the Provincial Youth Union directed the Youth Union at all levels to promote the implementation of the Campaign "Building model values of Vietnamese youth in the new period, period 2024-2027"; Continue to effectively implement the Action Program to implement Directive 42-CT/TW, dated March 24, 2015 of the Central Party Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles for the young generation in the period 2015-2030"; evaluate the training of union members in implementing Directive No. 01-CT/TW of the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on "Strengthening training in working style and implementing working procedures of union officials". From 2024 to present, the whole province has organized 15 meetings of union branches and associations; 20 trips to historical sites, traditional relics, and "red addresses" in the province, attracting thousands of union members, youth and children to participate; There are over 1,000 articles about good news and beautiful stories posted and shared on mass media and social networking applications.

With the spirit of "Wherever there is a need, there are youth, wherever there is difficulty, there are youth", the youth of the whole province have actively participated in patriotic emulation movements, socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the locality through volunteer projects and tasks for community life and social security work. From the beginning of 2025 to now, the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province have deployed many youth projects and tasks; strengthened mobilization, connecting resources, and youth teams to participate in implementing effective models and activities to build advanced and exemplary new rural areas such as: Building the model "Rural security light", installing "Security cameras"; repairing rural roads, undertaking the construction of "Youth flower roads", "Youth flag roads", "Youth tree rows"; building and repairing children's playgrounds, undertaking the management and maintenance of cultural institutions in residential areas. The whole province has carried out 623 youth projects and tasks with a total value of over 3 billion VND. Organizing the peak day of "Volunteering to build civilized urban areas" in Youth Month 2025, the districts, city and affiliated unions have deployed activities to participate in environmental protection, building civilized urban areas; removing illegal advertisements and classified ads in the area; whitewashing tree stumps, electric poles, removing classified ads on main roads in Nam Dinh city and towns; organizing teams to participate in maintaining hygiene, security and order on roads and streets with the participation of 12 thousand youth union members, students, and pupils... Activities to ensure social security have been carried out simultaneously, widely and effectively by the Youth Union chapters at all levels. Promoting the tradition of "mutual love and support" of the nation and implementing the Program "Spring Volunteer 2025", "Tet for the poor", the Youth Union chapters at all levels promote volunteer activities, activities to care for and support union members, youth, workers, and students in difficult circumstances to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet and give gifts to cadres, soldiers, families with meritorious services, youth volunteers, lonely elderly people, and families in difficult circumstances in the province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year At Ty 2025 with 2,365 gifts, worth 1.182 billion VND, contributing to helping families in difficult circumstances celebrate the traditional Tet holiday warmly and happily. Along with innovating the content of moral education and revolutionary ideals, the Youth Union chapters at all levels promote the work of developing party members among union members and youth. Implementing the campaign "Youth Union members strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam ", in the past year, Youth Union chapters at all levels introduced 1,902 outstanding members to the Party, of which 704 members and youth were honored to join the Party.
Promoting the potential, intelligence, creativity and youthfulness of the union members and youth in the province, with the leadership and direction of the Party committees, authorities, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the efforts of the Youth Union cadres at all levels, in the coming time, the youth in the province will further affirm their pioneering and pioneering role in all fields; contribute to building the homeland to be increasingly rich and civilized; affirm the important role and position of the youth in the cause of building and developing the socio-economy, protecting the Fatherland; confidently, proudly, advancing under the glorious Party flag.
