TUY HOA: Giving 35 gifts to orphaned and disadvantaged students

On May 27, at the People's Committee of Ward 9 (Tuy Hoa City), the Red Cross Association in coordination with the Tuy Hoa City Women's Union presented gifts to disadvantaged students and orphaned students who passed the university entrance exam in 2025. Attending the gift-giving program was comrade Bui Thanh Toan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Tuy Hoa City Party Committee.

At the program, city leaders and sponsors presented 10 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to orphaned students who passed the university entrance exam and presented 35 gifts including notebooks and cash, each worth 700,000 VND, to students in difficult circumstances in the city.

Speaking at the program, Tuy Hoa City Party Secretary Bui Thanh Toan hoped that students would continue to promote the spirit of studiousness, strive to overcome circumstances, and strive to achieve high academic achievements. Comrade Bui Thanh Toan requested local authorities and city departments and branches to continue mobilizing resources to pay more attention to and care for children, especially orphans and those in difficult circumstances, creating the best conditions for them to play and study better.
