The State Securities Commission recently issued a warning to investors about forgery of documents from the State Securities Commission related to the registration of public funds, with the aim of defrauding investors.
Through information gathered, the State Securities Commission knows that there are currently fake documents of the Commission to defraud investors.

The State Securities Commission affirmed that the above document is fake. The State Securities Commission did not issue a license for establishment and operation to the fund management company, SAC CAPITAL VN Investment Fund Company Limited, and did not issue a certificate of registration for establishing a public fund to SAC CAPITAL VN Investment Fund. The State Securities Commission has sent a document to the police agency to strictly handle the case according to the law.
The list of fund management companies and securities investment funds licensed by the State Securities Commission is fully and promptly posted by the State Securities Commission on the State Securities Commission's website (ssc.gov.vn).
Therefore, the State Securities Commission recommends that investors be cautious, check and compare information before trading .
