On November 12, Mr. Huynh Nguyen Thach, Director of 71-01S Ben Tre Traffic Inspection and Service Company, said that the unit immediately applied the model of registering documents via Zalo, making the process of receiving documents more convenient.
Register via zalo quickly and accurately
After equitization, the unit focused on building a system to receive inspection records via Zalo or phone calls before bringing the vehicle in. Currently, there are about 60 vehicles per day, and on peak days, up to 100 vehicles come for inspection at the company's two production lines.
The inspector is performing the inspection steps, ensuring the correct technical process.
Of these, about 50% of vehicles submit registration documents via Zalo or phone calls, then bring the vehicle to carry out the inspection process, which only takes about 15 minutes.
The company has also established and announced a zalo group with the registered name: DANGKIEM70101S and phone number 0989743982.
"This has been applied since 2021, it is very convenient and saves time for customers, they do not have to spend time submitting the application for inspection directly", Mr. Thach said and added: the procedure is simple, if the vehicle is registered for inspection, the vehicle owner registers the application by taking a photo of the above related procedures and documents and sending it via Zalo, when receiving, the company's staff will enter the data information into the computer in advance and number the vehicle owner's turn.
After that, the company staff will schedule a time for the vehicle owner to bring the vehicle in for inspection and provide documents to compare with the entered data. If they match, the vehicle will be inspected immediately, very quickly and accurately.
For vehicles registered for periodic inspection, including: registration appointment paper or registration certificate; certificate of Technical Safety and Environmental Protection of modified motor vehicles (if the vehicle is modified); phone number of vehicle owner or driver...
According to Mr. Thach, another advantage is that when the lunch break or afternoon break is almost over, with only a few minutes left, the vehicle owner only needs to take a photo of the relevant documents and send them via the company's zalo. After receiving them, the staff will notify the inspectors, and the inspectors will wait for the vehicle owner to bring the vehicle for inspection during the break, without having to wait until office hours.
The inspector worked all morning.
Mr. Tran Thanh Binh (living in Ben Tre City, Ben Tre Province) who has had his car inspected here said that registering for car inspection via the social network zalo of Ben Tre Traffic Inspection and Service Company only takes about 15 minutes to get the inspection certificate.
"Previously, when the form of sending documents via Zalo was not applied, direct registration took from 30 to 45 minutes to complete the inspection and get the certificate. Another thing was having to wait in line for your turn. Now, you don't have to wait," said Mr. Binh.
Improved income
According to Mr. Thach, in addition to applying information technology, in previous years, equitization has also helped the unit gradually overcome difficulties. In the first years of equitization, the unit also encountered certain difficulties, especially when the State mechanism was transferred to the enterprise, causing many employees to quit their jobs.
However, after the model conversion, the apparatus was reorganized, the personnel was strengthened, thereby the sense of responsibility of the departments and individuals in the unit was significantly enhanced. The unit's activities were more dynamic to compete with other socialized centers that had been established in the area and neighboring areas.
Previously, people had to wait in line to register their vehicle registration documents, but not anymore thanks to registration via Zalo.
Mr. Thach said that the company's regulations are closer to the leadership, inspectors, and employees, and are related to each person's income, so they create a clear change in each person's sense of responsibility.
"Most employees in the unit are more aware of being their own boss, so their sense of responsibility for their work has increased significantly compared to before. This is clearly shown through the way they communicate, serve customers, or preserve the company's assets and equipment," said Mr. Thach, adding that the income of inspectors and employees is calculated according to the company's salary coefficient and remains stable. The number of vehicles coming for inspection has increased by about 30% compared to before equitization.
