The Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has just announced the results of the 27th session of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.
At the meeting, the Inspection Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee reviewed the results of supervision of the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Duong province and the Standing Committee of Kinh Mon Town Party Committee in the leadership and direction of state management in the environmental field at Hai Duong BOT Thermal Power Plant.
Through supervision, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: The Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Standing Committee of Kinh Mon Town Party Committee have paid attention to leading, directing, thoroughly grasping and implementing legal regulations on the environmental field; directing the correction and overcoming of a number of environmental violations due to the impact of the Hai Duong BOT Thermal Power Plant in Kinh Mon town.
However, the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Standing Committee of Kinh Mon City Party Committee still have some limitations and shortcomings in the leadership and direction of the implementation of state management functions in the environmental field; have not promptly coordinated with relevant agencies in advising competent authorities to handle some problems arising at the Hai Duong BOT Thermal Power Plant project.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Standing Committee of the Kinh Mon City Party Committee to review, learn from experience and direct the review of responsibilities for party organizations, party members, organizations and individuals involved in the occurrence of shortcomings and defects. Regarding the content of supervision, there are still shortcomings and defects of a number of related departments and branches in the coordination work, which need to be deeply learned from.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also reviewed the results of the inspection of the leadership, implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary actions within the Party for the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees and the Inspection Committees of the Cam Giang and Thanh Ha District Party Committees.
Through the inspection, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: The Standing Committee of Cam Giang District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of Thanh Ha District Party Committee have paid attention to leading, directing, thoroughly implementing effectively the directives, resolutions and regulations, and guidelines for performing inspection and supervision tasks; seriously organizing the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party. The Inspection Committee of Cam Giang District Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of Thanh Ha District Party Committee have proactively advised the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks according to the assigned functions and tasks.
However, the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees and the Inspection Committees of the Cam Giang and Thanh Ha District Party Committees and some subordinate grassroots Party Committees still have some limitations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, organization and implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requests the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees and the Inspection Committees of the Cam Giang and Thanh Ha District Party Committees to pay attention to directing the review, supplementation and amendment of working regulations to comply with the regulations of the Central Committee; proactively direct the overcoming of limitations and shortcomings pointed out through inspection; strengthen leadership, direction and guidance of grassroots Party Committees and Inspection Committees to effectively carry out inspection and supervision work in the coming time.
At the meeting, implementing the conclusion of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission at the 26th session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission carried out the review process, reviewed and proposed competent authorities to take disciplinary action against the Party Delegation of the Hai Duong Provincial Women's Union for the 2016-2021 term and related party organizations and party members.
Regarding the results of verifying the declaration of assets and income of 6 cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee who are working in Cam Giang and Thanh Ha districts, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that the comrades whose assets and income were verified basically declared their assets and income in accordance with regulations. However, the declaration of assets and income of the verified comrades still has some limitations, shortcomings and defects.
Based on the level of limitations, shortcomings, and defects of each comrade, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the 6 comrades to learn from the limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out.
