Qingming Festival usually takes place in the third lunar month, not only is it an occasion for descendants to visit and take care of their ancestors' graves, but it is also an occasion to remember and express deep respect to the deceased.

In 2025, Qingming Festival begins on April 4 and ends on April 19 of the Gregorian calendar. Qingming Festival (April 4) falls on Friday, March 7 of the lunar calendar.

On this day, families often prepare two trays of offerings, one at home and one at the grave. Depending on the family, the offerings can be vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
