The Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa province has just announced an extension of the call for expressions of interest for investment projects involving land use for the Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area Project. Accordingly, the deadline for project registration has been extended to 5 PM on March 21, 2024. On the National Bidding Network System, the project code is PR2400000518.
Investors interested in registering a project must complete the procedures to obtain a digital certificate and submit the project registration application (E-HSĐKTHDA) on the system.
The investor who has met the preliminary requirements for capacity and experience (VCN Investment Joint Stock Company) does not need to resubmit the project registration application.
Previously, on March 4, 2024, the Department of Planning and Investment reported to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province that, by the deadline for submitting applications to implement the Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area Project (5 PM on February 8, 2024), only one investor, VCN Investment Joint Stock Company, had expressed interest and submitted an application.
According to the opinion of the Khanh Hoa Department of Finance on February 23, 2024, VCN Investment Joint Stock Company has met the financial capacity requirements as stated in the preliminary application for investor experience in the Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area Project.
The Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area project is being implemented in Dien Lac and Dien Thanh communes (Dien Khanh district), covering an area of 89.1 hectares. This includes 12.2 hectares for government offices, 6.6 hectares for public facilities, 25.8 hectares for residential areas, and 24.5 hectares for urban transportation infrastructure. The total investment for this project is approximately 1,766 billion VND (excluding compensation, support, and resettlement costs).
