Khanh Hoa: VCN Company builds administrative urban area project worth over 2,000 billion VND

The Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area Project is being implemented in Dien Lac and Dien Thanh communes, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province, with an area of ​​80 hectares and a total investment of more than VND 2,000 billion.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving VCN Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor to implement the Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area Project.

The Dien Khanh District Administrative Urban Area Project is being implemented in Dien Lac and Dien Thanh communes (Dien Khanh district), with an area of ​​80 hectares. The total investment capital of the project is over VND 2,000 billion, of which the investor's contributed capital is over VND 300 billion and mobilized capital is over VND 1,700 billion.

The project provides products of townhouses, apartments, land for townhouses, and land for villas. Of which, there are about 332 3-storey townhouses along D6 route and 2 routes on both sides of the square park; 2 12-storey mixed-use apartments in plots D1 and D3... The project's population is about 7,000 people.

The project also invests in synchronous construction of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure on an area of ​​about 86 hectares in compliance with the approved zoning plan of Dien Khanh administrative urban area.

The project implementation period is 6 years from the date the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issues the decision approving the investor, from the second quarter of 2024 to the first quarter of 2030. The project operation period is 50 years from the date of the decision approving the investment policy.
