The lives of people in Lia commune are still difficult, their children's education is not of concern to parents, the situation of students dropping out of school still occurs; teaching and learning facilities are still lacking.
Identifying that mobilizing students to attend class regularly is an important task, right from the beginning of each school year, Mr. Linh, the school board of directors and homeroom teachers have proactively coordinated with local authorities, village elders, village chiefs, and parents to promptly grasp the number of students attending school, thereby taking measures to manage and monitor students in their residential areas; at the same time, directing teachers to organize free review and tutoring classes for weak students and older students preparing to transfer to higher levels; creating a book to monitor students' living and studying situations during the summer, paying special attention to students in difficult circumstances and at risk of dropping out of school.
In particular, propaganda to prevent dropping out of school and early marriage for secondary school students; calling on organizations and individuals to support facilities, school supplies, and textbooks for students at the beginning of the new school year.

The whole school had 110 students achieving the titles of exemplary students, excellent students and good students, accounting for 19% of the total number of students. This is a very encouraging result for a school in a difficult area.
