[Video] Synchronizing solutions, creating breakthroughs for Vietnam tourism

On September 18, the Vietnam Tourism Association held a conference on "Implementing the Action Program to carry out the task of increasing tourism in 2025" according to Resolution 226/NQ-CP of the Government.

The goal is to welcome at least 25 million international visitors and 150 million domestic visitors by the end of 2025, with total revenue reaching about 1.8 million billion VND, contributing 12-14% of GDP.

In the first eight months of 2025, the industry welcomed nearly 14 million international visitors and 106 million domestic visitors, showing positive results but requiring breakthrough efforts at the end of the year.

Experts emphasize that to achieve the goal, Vietnamese tourism must create unique and different products, connecting local culture and life, thereby retaining tourists and improving its position on the world tourism map.
