Vietnam hosts first international conference on rural tourism

This is the first time the United Nations Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) has organized a global conference on rural tourism, with the participation of more than 300 delegates from 50 countries and territories. The event, which took place from December 9-11, marked the first milestone in Vietnam hosting an international conference on rural tourism, and was an opportunity for the Vietnamese tourism industry to promote the image, brand, potential and strengths of Vietnam's rural tourism.
