VietinBank implements 0% interest installment payment program via credit card

(HG) - Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) Hau Giang branch said that with the goal of enhancing experience and bringing maximum benefits to customers, from October 1, 2023, VietinBank officially provides 0% interest installment payment incentives for all spending transactions from 2 million VND via credit card, giving customers more suitable options when paying.

Diversifying shopping forms, enhancing experiences and reducing financial pressure for consumers, VietinBank has launched a preferential interest rate shopping program for all VietinBank credit cardholders, including international and domestic credit cards. The implementation of this new credit card feature allows customers to register for 0% interest installment conversion for all valid payment transactions for goods and services with diverse installment terms such as 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 months. Customers only need to pay an installment registration fee of only 1.5% of the installment transaction value (including VAT). The conditions for installment registration are online payment transactions for goods and services or payment at POS of banks in and outside Vietnam for personal consumption purposes with a minimum installment transaction value of 2 million VND. Each customer can register for installment payments of up to 100% of the card's credit limit.
