On February 23, Vinh Loc District Party Committee deployed an action plan to implement the resolution of the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference was held in a combination of in-person and online formats, connecting the district's central bridge to 13 commune and town bridges with more than 900 party members attending.
Delegates attended the conference at the district center.
At the conference, the district leaders thoroughly grasped the contents and action programs to implement Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW, dated November 24, 2023 of the Central Executive Committee "On continuing to promote the tradition and strength of great national unity, building our country increasingly prosperous and happy"; Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW, dated December 20, 2023 of the Politburo "On innovating and improving the quality of activities of the Vietnam Farmers' Union to meet the requirements of revolutionary tasks in the new period"; Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW, dated October 10, 2023 of the Politburo "On building and promoting the role of the Vietnamese business community in the new period"; Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW dated November 24, 2023 of the Central Executive Committee “On continuing to build and promote the role of the intellectual team to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable national development in the new period”; Resolution No. 44-NQ/TW dated November 24, 2023 of the Central Executive Committee “On the strategy of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation”; Resolution No. 42-NQ/TW dated November 24, 2023 of the Central Executive Committee “On continuing to innovate and improve the quality of social policies to meet the requirements of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new period”.

Based on the content of the Resolution of the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee and the action program of the Standing Committee of Vinh Loc District Party Committee, the Party Committees, affiliated Party cells and Party members in the entire district Party Committee will study and apply it in practice at agencies and units, contributing to the successful implementation of the set goals and tasks, creating strong and comprehensive changes in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, Party building, and the political system in 2024 and the following years.
