Trinh Van Quyet case: 15 more defendants indicted.

On the afternoon of June 23, the Investigation Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security issued a decision to prosecute 15 defendants in connection with the "Stock Market Manipulation" case that occurred at FLC Group Joint Stock Company.

Among the 15 defendants recently indicted, two are employees of FLC Group Joint Stock Company: Do Thi Huyen Trang, Deputy Head of Accounting Department, and Nguyen Thi Nga, an accounting employee. The other defendants are leaders and employees of FLC's subsidiaries, including: Trinh Van Dai, Deputy General Director of FLC Faros Construction Joint Stock Company; Trinh Thi Thanh Huyen, employee of FLC Homes Company; Trinh Tuan, Head of Materials Department of FLC Land Company; Hoang Thi Hue, former employee of FLC Digital Trade and Service Joint Stock Company; Trinh Van Nam, former employee of Tre Viet Aviation Joint Stock Company; Nguyen Van Manh, employee of Materials Department of FLC Land Limited Liability Company; Nguyen Quang Trung, driver at Ha Thanh General Hospital; and Nguyen Thi Hong Dung, residing in Cau Giay District, Hanoi .

The remaining defendants work at BOS Securities Joint Stock Company, including: Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuong, Head of Securities Services Department; Nguyen Thi Thu Thom, former Deputy Head of Securities Services Department; Bui Ngoc Tu, Deputy Head of Securities Services Department; Quach Thi Xuan Thu, Chief Accountant; and Tran Thi Lan, former Chief Accountant.

The defendants, who are acquaintances, relatives, and employees of defendant Trinh Van Quyet, assisted Trinh Van Quyet, Trinh Thi Minh Hue, and their accomplices in "manipulating the stock market," illegally profiting more than 667 billion VND.

All 15 defendants have been charged and are under investigation for "stock market manipulation," and have been placed under house arrest.

The Investigation Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security stated that the 15 defendants were prosecuted under Article 211 of the Penal Code as accomplices in the role of assisting in the crime.

The decisions and procedural orders of the Investigation Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security have been approved by the Supreme People's Procuracy (Department 5) in accordance with the law.

On the same day, the Investigation Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security carried out legal procedures and conducted searches of the residences and workplaces of the defendants at 21 locations.
