On the morning of May 24, at the People's Committee of Vu Thu district, SOS Children's Village Thai Binh organized a workshop to introduce project activities and guide households under the FSP program to register their support needs in 2023.

Vu Thu district currently has 28 orphans in extremely difficult circumstances from 28 households who are benefiting from the FSP program (community-based child care and support program). At the workshop, representatives of households were introduced and consulted on support mechanisms for seeds, capital, and scientific and technical training to develop livelihoods, increase income, and improve their lives. In addition, households were guided and registered for support needs in 2023 in accordance with their actual conditions and circumstances, such as: registering to build and repair houses, build sanitation facilities, clean water facilities, buy agricultural tools for production, support in finding jobs, training in livestock farming techniques, etc.
Representatives of households under the FSP program attended the workshop.
Through the workshop, families in the FSP program will be able to grasp accurate and timely information, thereby maximizing support resources to invest in economic development, renovating housing projects, clean water, increasing income, and improving life. At the same time, it will help SOS Children's Village Thai Binh survey and grasp the actual needs and aspirations of households, thereby having effective support solutions, avoiding wasting resources.
