Ms. Nguyen Bao Thanh Van, Director of Finance at VietinBank, was appointed Deputy General Director and Director of Finance at VietinBank from May 28.

Ms. Dang Thi Viet Ha - Director of VietinBank Tien Son Industrial Park Branch, was appointed Deputy General Director of VietinBank from June 1.

The term of appointment for the above three positions is 5 years.

After the appointment, VietinBank's Board of Directors has 10 members, of which Mr. Nguyen Tran Manh Trung holds the position of General Director.

VietinBank recently announced the closure of 7 transaction offices, becoming the bank with the strongest move in streamlining its operations.

Au Co Transaction Office under VietinBank Branch 2 - Ho Chi Minh City.

Cam Tay Transaction Office is under VietinBank Cam Pha Branch, Quang Ninh Province.

Lac Trung Transaction Office is under VietinBank Hai Ba Trung Branch, Hanoi.

Phu Dong Transaction Office is under VietinBank Gia Lai Branch.

Chu Puh Transaction Office is under VietinBank Gia Lai Branch.

Thuan Thanh Transaction Office is under VietinBank Hue Branch.

Tan Tien Transaction Office is under VietinBank Dong Nai Branch.

These transaction offices will officially cease operations from late May or early June 2025.

In the first four months of 2025, VietinBank announced that it had closed a total of 25 transaction offices.
