Bao Nhai Commune grants land use right certificates to people

On the afternoon of August 13, Bao Nhai Commune People's Committee organized a ceremony to grant land use right certificates to citizens after implementing the two-level local government model.

Attending the ceremony were comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bao Nhai commune; representatives of departments, organizations and local people.

At the ceremony, 36 land use right certificates were awarded to households in the commune. This is the first batch of land use right certificates issued after the new Bao Nhai commune came into operation.

The new Bao Nhai commune was established on the basis of merging the three old communes of Coc Ly, Nam Det and Bao Nhai. Since implementing the two-level local government model, the commune has received 169 applications for land use right certificates. Of these, the first 36 applications that met the legal requirements have completed the procedures and been granted certificates.

After more than 1 month of implementing the 2-level local government, the issuance of the first land use right certificates to people still has many difficulties, but with the motto "taking people as the center, serving the people", Bao Nhai Commune People's Committee is committed to resolving all administrative procedures publicly, transparently and on time.

In the coming time, to speed up the process of granting Land Use Right Certificates, Bao Nhai commune will strengthen the dissemination of land laws to raise people's awareness. At the same time, direct specialized departments to enhance their responsibility in implementing regulations on granting certificates, focus on resolving difficulties and obstacles in procedures and thoroughly handling violations and land disputes.
