- - According to information from Loc Binh Irrigation Works Exploitation Enterprise, from 1:30 p.m. on September 24, 2025, the unit will proceed to discharge water to regulate Ban Lai reservoir, Khuat Xa commune.

To proactively respond to rain and storm No. 9 (Ragasa), Loc Binh Irrigation Works Exploitation Enterprise released water to lower the lake water level and proactively welcome floods.

Accordingly, the spillway gate opening time is from 1:30 p.m. on September 24, 2025. The management unit opens 1 deep spillway gate with a discharge flow of over 100 m3/s.

The operating unit checks equipment and machinery before the regulation discharge time.
