Duong Quy Commune: Timely evacuate households from dangerous areas

On the morning of October 6, due to the heavy rains of the previous days, a landslide occurred on National Highway 279, passing through Tham Con village, Duong Quy commune, causing traffic congestion.

Upon receiving the information, the road management unit coordinated with local authorities to urgently level the soil and rocks, promptly clearing the road for people and vehicles.

Duong Quy Commune also directed the militia and police to quickly move people and property of Mr. Phung Van Cau's household in Tham Con village - a household located in an area at high risk of landslides - to a safe location.
