According to Major General Nguyen Huu Hop, despite the attention and support from Party committees, authorities and functional forces at all levels, the situation of people in storm and flood areas is still extremely difficult due to the loss of loved ones; isolated houses, lack of food, drinking water, medicine... With the fine tradition of the nation and the spirit of mutual love, "Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people" of the People's Public Security force, Da Nang City Public Security organized a campaign to raise donations and support people affected by storm No. 10 and the rain and floods after the storm to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
