Currently, the Provincial Fatherland Front has built Fanpages, Zalo OA, Digital Front pages..., creating a spreading influence to union members, contributing to multiplying community strength.
After the merger, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has promoted the application of digital technology in propaganda work, creating a spread to union members, association members and the people. In the mountainous commune of Lao Chai, people have gradually become familiar with digital utilities such as taking photos, scanning QR codes, searching for information on Zalo and the commune's Fanpage. Thanks to convenient access to information, people actively respond to patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Party, State and Fatherland Front.
Ms. Giang Thi Rua, Hu Tru Linh village, Lao Chai commune shared: Thanks to the village's Digital Technology Team, I have installed applications. Now when I go to work in the fields, I only need a phone to be able to grasp information about the village and the commune, and can also livestream to introduce my family's products to customers in many places.

Currently, all villages in Lao Chai commune have established digital technology teams to support people in accessing and using digital applications on smartphones. Through this, the commune Fatherland Front can easily grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people.
Ms. Sung Thi My - Chairwoman of the Lao Chai Commune Fatherland Front Committee said: Realizing the importance of applying digital technology, in recent times, we have innovated propaganda work through social networking platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, the commune's Fanpage... Mr. Luong Tuan Nga - Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Front Work Committee of Huong Ly village, Yen Binh commune shared: Through the village's Zalo page, we promptly update the contents of people's reflections and recommendations. In some cases, we respond right on Zalo, and in necessary cases, we go to people's homes to explain so that they can clearly understand the policies and guidelines of the Party and State as well as related benefits. From there, helping the Front's activities to be more effective.

To date, the province has maintained more than 3,000 community digital technology teams with nearly 20,000 members. The digital technology teams have supported thousands of households to install and use essential platforms such as the National Public Service Portal, the Provincial Public Service Portal, the VNeID electronic identification application, non-cash payment platforms, and Zalo OA "Handbook for listening to people speak".
In parallel with receiving feedback, the digital technology team also guides people in basic digital skills such as submitting documents online, making electronic payments, livestreaming to promote local agricultural products, etc. Thanks to practical methods, people from lowland to highland areas, especially ethnic minorities, have confidently entered the digital age.

In addition, the Provincial Fatherland Front has launched the Zalo OA page " Lao Cai Fatherland Front informing and listening to people's voices". Thanks to that, the Provincial Fatherland Front promptly grasps the thoughts and opinions of the society, synthesizes recommendations to send to competent authorities, and at the same time improves the process of handling feedback and strengthens community supervision.
After nearly 3 months of operation, the page has recorded hundreds of interactions every day, demonstrating the interest and trust of the People in this digital information channel.
