Hoang Van Thu Commune assesses the situation of site clearance for key projects in the area.

- On September 21, the Steering Committee for compensation and site clearance for projects in Hoang Van Thu commune (Steering Committee) held a meeting to assess the implementation of site clearance for key projects in the commune. According to the report, in Hoang Van Thu commune, there are 4 key projects being implemented, including: Huu Nghi - Chi Lang border gate expressway project; Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh ( Cao Bang ) expressway; project to expand the specialized road at landmark 1088/2 - 1089; specialized working house project to build an inter-sectoral working house for functional forces on the specialized road for transporting goods in the area of landmark 1088/2 - 1089 under the pilot project to build a smart border gate.

Implementation results by the end of September 2025, the site clearance work for works under the smart border gate project of the Commune People's Committee is closely following the progress, has completed the inventory of 9.7 hectares with 54 affected cases reaching 100% of the area; handed over 0.72/9.7 hectares of site. For the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang border gate expressway project and Dong Dang ( Lang Son ) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway, the Commune People's Committee has handed over 115.2/115.5 hectares of site.

Discussing at the meeting of representatives of specialized departments, members of the commune steering committee focused on clarifying difficulties and proposing specific solutions to overcome difficulties such as: mobilizing the entire political system to persuade cases that are still stuck; approving official compensation plans; relocating graves within the scope of influence of projects; developing specific land prices to apply compensation prices for cases, requesting investors to arrange enough funds to pay for affected cases...

Regarding specific tasks in the coming time, the Commune Steering Committee requires specialized departments, committees, and members of the Commune Steering Committee to promote a sense of responsibility to speed up site clearance for projects. In particular, for two expressway projects, site clearance must be completed for 8 affected cases that have not yet handed over the main route site by September 2025.

At the same time, representatives of competent state agencies urgently hand over the measured products for inspection to the frontage road works at the expressway projects. Regarding the approval of the official plan, strive to complete it in October 2025. For works under the smart border gate project, organize individual propaganda for 5 cases that have not yet coordinated to sign the minutes of measuring the land plots in September 2025.

At the same time, the Commune Steering Committee requested investors, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and contractors to strengthen coordination with the commune to promptly resolve problems arising in site clearance and project construction at the site.
