Kim Ngan Commune: Giving rice to support social protection beneficiaries

On July 18 and 21, Kim Ngan commune organized rice distribution to support households, social protection beneficiaries in difficult circumstances and checkpoints located at difficult points in the area.

Accordingly, Kim Ngan commune has given 2,025 kg of rice from the reserve fund of the People's Committee of Le Thuy district (old) to the commune to support the beneficiaries. Of which, 16 households in especially difficult circumstances were supported with 1,080 kg of rice; 43 social protection beneficiaries were supported with 645 kg of rice; 3 checkpoints located at difficult points in the commune, including: The commune's permanent militia squad checkpoint located in Eo Bu - Chut Mut village, the border guard checkpoint located in Chuon village and the forest protection checkpoint on Road 16 located in Chuon village) were supported with 300 kg of rice.
