Tra Leng mountainous commune calls for support to overcome natural disaster consequences in Nghe An province

DNO - On the afternoon of August 6, Mr. Chau Minh Nghia, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tra Leng Commune, said that the locality has just sent a letter calling on officials, people and businesses in the area to join hands to support the people of the Central region. Specifically, to support the people of Nhon Mai Commune (Nghe An Province) to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

According to Mr. Nghia, recently, due to the impact of natural disasters, many localities across the country, especially the mountainous areas in the North and Central regions, have suffered severe consequences in terms of people and property, and are in great need of help from the community.

Tra Leng - a locality that experienced a serious landslide disaster in 2020, deeply understands the loss and pain of people in disaster areas.

It was during that time of hardship that the people of Tra Leng commune received meaningful help from all over the country. That was a deep affection, a precious source of encouragement for Tra Leng to recover from the pain day by day.

Therefore, the People's Committee of Tra Leng commune calls for promoting the tradition of solidarity and affection, joining hands to donate and support to help people in disaster-stricken areas to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

The launching ceremony to support Nghe An province's people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters is scheduled to be held on August 8. The time to receive support will last until August 15, 2025.
