On May 25, Nghia Hiep commune (Yen My) held a ceremony to receive the certificate of recognition as a model new rural commune in 2023.
Immediately after achieving the advanced NTM commune standard in 2021, the Party Committee, government and people of Nghia Hiep commune strive to build a model NTM. Along with support resources from the higher budget, the commune has allocated over 151 billion VND from the commune budget and mobilized socialized resources to build a model NTM. Up to now, the commune has a synchronous infrastructure system, cultural and sports institutions, and increasingly improved facilities and education quality. 100% of villages maintain the title of cultural village, the rate of solid classrooms reaches 100%. All schools are recognized as meeting national standards, of which kindergartens meet national standards at level 2. Besides investing and building rural infrastructure, the commune always pays attention to socio -economic development, and the security and order situation in the commune is maintained... In 2023, the average income per capita will reach 75.32 million VND; Poverty rate reduced to 0.61%...
With the achieved results, on January 30, 2024, Nghia Hiep commune was recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as a model new-style rural commune in the fieldof education in 2023.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, comrade Tran Tung Chuan, Director of the Department of Science and Technology, awarded the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting the model new-style rural standards in 2023 to the Party Committee, government and people of Nghia Hiep commune.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to the People and cadres of Nghia Hiep commune who were recognized as meeting the model new rural standards and had outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in Hung Yen province in 2023.
