At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Ngoc Nhung - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded the provincial-level historical relic ranking certificate of Phu Can village's ancestral temple to representatives of the commune government and people.

Mr. Nhung affirmed that the temple’s recognition as a provincial relic is an important milestone, recording the process of formation and development of the village. The worship of ancestors demonstrates the morality of “remembering the source of water when drinking water”, and is also a cultural beauty that needs to be preserved and promoted.
Right after the diploma awarding ceremony is the village's ancestors' death anniversary. This ceremony takes place on the 28th day of the 5th lunar month every year for people to remember the merits of their ancestors who reclaimed the land, founded the village and developed their homeland.
The temple of the ancestors of Phu Can village is located at the end of Thang Loi village, with an area of 385.2m². The relic marks the merit of Mr. Phan Huu Phan - the person who led the Kinh community from Tuy An district ( Phu Yen ) to reclaim land and establish a village in Phu Can in 1925.
The temple was ranked by the Provincial People's Committee according to Decision No. 847/QD-UBNN, making an important contribution to the preservation and promotion of local historical and cultural values.
