At the conference, Tam Hung Commune People's Committee announced Decision No. 89/QD-UBND dated July 1, 2025 on the establishment of the Civil Defense Command Committee and specialized subcommittees, and at the same time deployed the plan to respond to natural disasters in 2025. In which, clearly define tasks, assign specific tasks to each force, ensure readiness to respond when situations arise.

Tam Hung Commune also quickly reported the impact of storm No. 3. Currently, there are no human casualties in the area. Regarding property, more than 25 trees were broken, 3 houses in Tam Da village had their roofs blown off, 2 large billboards were damaged. In addition, an electric pole in Tam Da village fell, causing temporary power outage, but was quickly repaired; there was no damage to school, medical , irrigation, dyke and traffic works.
The commune has mobilized 100% of its military personnel along with necessary vehicles and equipment such as cars, special vehicles, chainsaws, flashlights, traffic batons... ready to deploy plans to prevent and combat natural disasters.
Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Tam Hung Commune, Bui Van Sang, emphasized that storm No. 3 is a strong storm with a wide range of influence, capable of causing heavy rain, thunderstorms, and landslides in many localities, including the capital Hanoi . Tam Hung Commune is one of the areas forecast to have winds of level 6 or higher and heavy rain, so it is required that all levels, sectors, organizations, and villages must not be subjective, but must proactively and resolutely implement response measures.

Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Bui Van Sang requested units to closely monitor the storm's developments; ensure safety for people and vehicles when storms occur; strengthen inspection and handling of trees, signs, and power lines at risk of falling; and prepare rescue forces and means when necessary.
The Commune Radio Station regularly updates and broadcasts timely information so that people can proactively take precautions; review high-risk areas, be ready to evacuate people, ensure absolute safety for people; prepare well for natural disaster prevention and control plans according to the "4 on-site" motto (on-site command, on-site forces, on-site means, on-site logistics).
Chairman of Tam Hung Commune People's Committee Bui Dinh Thai requested that the police, military , medical, and militia forces must be on duty and ready to participate in rescue operations; organize inspections and reviews of all key works, construction sites, reservoirs, and power lines to take measures to ensure safety when floods occur; closely coordinate between forces to ensure smooth traffic, avoid congestion, and ensure safety when storms hit. The commune health station is fully prepared with medicines and medical equipment to serve people in the event of prolonged storms.
