The delegates visited the space displaying documents and images of the 1st Ha Dong Provincial Party Congress and some typical places and events of the Heroic Fire Zone.
Here, Ung Hoa commune launched the project "Digitizing the historical relic of Hoa Chanh communal house", with the goal of applying digital technology to preserve and promote the value of local cultural heritage, while creating conditions for union members, youth and people to easily access information about the relic via QR codes and online platforms.

After offering incense at Hoa Chanh communal house, Hoa Chanh village, city and Ung Hoa commune leaders attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Great Unity house for Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tam's family in Xuan Tinh village.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam (60 years old) has no husband, no children, no stable job, and is living with her old mother Vu Thi Cheo (82 years old) in a 30m2 house that was built a long time ago. The house is now in disrepair, with peeling and cracked walls, broken tiled roof, many leaky areas, and a waterproof tarpaulin lining the inside, and the floor is sinking and collapsing.
The Steering Committee of the Fund for the Poor in Ung Hoa commune held a meeting to review and appraise the documents, and agreed to approve support for building a Great Unity house for Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam's household, with a support budget of 50 million VND, drawn from the Fund for the Poor in the commune. The total estimated cost of building the house is more than 115 million VND and is expected to be completed in December 2025.
On behalf of Mrs. Tam's family, Mr. Nguyen Van Tap expressed his thanks to the leaders of Hanoi city, departments, branches, organizations and leaders of Ung Hoa commune for their concern and sharing with the family and promised to use the money for the right purpose and work with the family to build a new house for Mrs. Tam.

The construction project is in Trung Thuong village, with a total investment of 20 billion VND; construction started in November 2024 and handed over for use in October 2025. The project not only contributes to preserving and promoting the cultural and historical values of the relic, but is also a highlight in the spiritual life of the people, demonstrating the attention of the Party and State to the work of preserving the cultural heritage of the Capital.
Also within the framework of the series of events to welcome the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, the People's Committee of Ung Hoa commune held a ceremony to announce the launch of the digital copy of Ung Hoa commune.

The project "Building a digital copy of Ung Hoa commune" is being implemented to serve the goal of comprehensive digital transformation, aiming to build a streamlined, efficient and modern grassroots government. The digital copy is not only the foundation for building an e-government, but also a strategic step in the process of forming a digital government at the local level. The project emphasizes ensuring that data meets the criteria of "Correct, sufficient, clean, alive, unified, shared", serving effective decision-making and management. The digital data system will include groups of model data (on real estate, planning, households, businesses, etc.), historical data (public services, social activities, etc.) and knowledge data (documents, analysis, forecasts).
Digital connection infrastructure will be established synchronously between the government, villages and people through platforms such as iHanoi. The project also aims to comprehensively reform administrative procedures, shorten processing times, and bring practical benefits to people. Investing in technology and supporting software will help officials effectively use data in daily operations, thereby creating a foundation for a transparent and dynamic political system, meeting the development requirements of society in the digital age and the 4.0 industrial revolution.
