On the morning of October 13, the delegation of the Provincial Party Executive Committee led by comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and heroic martyrs before the 20th Congress of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area, in a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation of Thanh Hoa province offered fresh flower baskets and wholeheartedly lit incense sticks to express their infinite gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of the Party and the Vietnamese people, the founder, trainer and leader of our Party, the one who devoted his whole life to the cause of national liberation, national unification, and building an independent, peaceful , prosperous and happy Vietnam.

The 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress is a particularly important political event, solemnly held at Conference Center 25B (Hac Thanh Ward) for 3 days (from October 14 to 16, 2025), with the participation of 487 official delegates and about 250 invited delegates.

With the motto of action "Solidarity - Discipline - Responsibility - Creativity - Development", the 20th Congress has the task of deeply summarizing 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the 19th Congress, affirming outstanding achievements, pointing out limitations, causes, drawing lessons; at the same time, setting out directions, goals, tasks and major solutions for the new term, demonstrating the strong aspiration to rise, the will of self-reliance and self-strengthening of the Party Committee and the people of Thanh Hoa. In which, it is determined to strengthen the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; strongly promote the potential, advantages, resources, cultural values, people and the strength of great national unity; develop rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably; strive to be among the leading provinces in the country by 2030, and become a rich, beautiful, civilized and happy province by 2045.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the Delegation vows to remain forever loyal to the Party's revolutionary ideals, absolutely steadfast on the path of national independence associated with socialism; constantly uphold the spirit of solidarity, discipline, responsibility, creativity, development, contributing to building Thanh Hoa into a model province as Uncle Ho always wished.

The contributions and sacrifices of mothers and brothers have contributed to great victories, bringing independence and reunification, opening a period of strong development for the Fatherland and people of Vietnam.
