Hoang Su Phi commune was established on the basis of merging 5 administrative units including: Ban Luoc, Dan Van, Ngam Dang Vai, Tu Nhan communes and Vinh Quang town. With the solidarity, efforts and determination of the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and all classes of people, the commune's economic situation has grown quite well in recent times; cultural and social fields have made much progress, and life has gradually improved.
Since July 1st, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune has actively carried out propaganda, dissemination, and study of the Party's Resolutions, the State's laws, and documents implementing the grassroots democracy regulations. In addition, it has mobilized people to build " 5 no 3 clean " families, mobilized 560 working days and 15 million VND to pour concrete roads to build new rural areas. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has mobilized 52 million VND to support the Fund for the Poor and received over 45 million VND, mobilized 125 working days to help households affected by natural disasters...

The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Su Phi commune, term 2025 - 2030, identified 11 main targets. The Congress elected the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Su Phi commune, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 51 members; and elected a delegation to attend the first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province. Ms. Ma Thi Chu was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Su Phi commune, term I.
