On the afternoon of October 10, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Luc Yen commune held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were comrades from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, and 130 delegates representing union members and youth of Luc Yen commune.
Established on the basis of merging 3 communes and 1 town, Luc Yen Commune Youth Union currently has 54 affiliated youth union units with over 2,500 members. During the past term, the Youth Union work and youth and children's movements have had many clear changes, affirming the role and position of the Youth Union in the political system, creating a widespread influence in the lives of young people.
In propaganda and education work, the Commune Youth Union has implemented many innovations, closely following the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies. More than 800 news and articles have been posted on the fanpages of the Youth Union branches, attracting thousands of views. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has been regularly implemented, with more than 2,000 Youth Union members registering, contributing to fostering ideals, morality and lifestyle for the younger generation.

The Youth Volunteer Movement left its mark with 5 projects, over 10 specific tasks, attracting more than 500 members to participate. Practical activities such as repairing 3 charity houses, maintaining 20 youth self-managed groups on environmental sanitation, installing 15 security cameras, hundreds of "Volunteer Saturday" and "Green Sunday" campaigns have demonstrated the sense of responsibility and initiative of youth towards the community.
The Creative Youth Movement continues to receive attention. 235 creative ideas were posted on the portal ytuongsangtao.net. Many production and business models initiated by young people with investment capital from 50 to 100 million VND have brought about efficiency, contributing to increasing income and creating jobs in the locality.
In the movement "Youth volunteers to protect the Fatherland", the Commune Youth Union completed 100% of the military recruitment target, the rate of youth participating in militia training reached over 90%; exchange activities, meetings, and farewells for new recruits were organized solemnly, strengthening the patriotism and sense of responsibility of the young generation.
Programs to accompany youth are comprehensively implemented. In studying, the movements "3 good students" and "Friends progress together" are promoted. In starting a business, 12 cooperative groups, 2 cooperatives, 10 economic models have been established with a total outstanding loan balance through the Social Policy Bank reaching over 24 billion VND. In training skills, physical and mental health, sports and cultural competitions are regularly organized, creating a healthy playground for union members.

The work of caring for and protecting children and teenagers is focused on. The programs of “Full Moon Festival Night” and summer activities are maintained. The commune union has coordinated to organize 6 swimming classes for 150 children, practically contributing to the prevention of drowning.
In the organization building, the work of cadres, union members and union bases has many positive changes. 100% of union members register for annual training, the work of recruiting new union members and introducing outstanding union members to the Party has met and exceeded targets. In the last term, all 10 targets were completed, of which 4 targets were exceeded.
Entering the new term 2025 - 2030, Luc Yen youth continue to determine the goal of building a generation of young people with political mettle, knowledge, physical strength, and aspirations to rise up; implementing 14 key targets, notably: admitting 50 new members each year, introducing at least 15 outstanding members to the Party, planting 1,000 new trees each year, establishing 5 self-managed youth routes, and supporting at least 5 young people to start successful businesses.

On October 10, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tram Tau commune held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. On the afternoon of October 10, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Xuan Hoa commune held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. On the afternoon of October 10, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Khanh Yen commune held the 1st Congress of delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

On the afternoon of October 10, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Bao Nhai commune held the 1st Congress of delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Attending the Congress were the Standing members of the Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, representatives of the Youth Union of Bao Nhai commune and 120 official delegates who are outstanding union members and young people, representing more than 919 union members and young people in the whole commune.
Bao Nhai commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Bao Nhai, Nam Det and Coc Ly communes. Currently, the whole commune has 51 affiliated youth union branches and 01 high school youth union with 919 union members, 113 party members in the youth union age.
During the past term, the work of the Youth Union and the youth and children's movement in Bao Nhai commune had many innovations, going into depth, associated with the local political tasks.
