This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and abolishes Decision No. 1823/QD-BVHTTDL dated July 4, 2024 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism approving the Plan to build and replicate the model of preserving and promoting cultural identity associated with tourism development in new rural construction in 2024.
Accordingly, 03 key tasks are expected to be implemented in August and September 2025, including: Building a "Model of preserving and promoting the traditional culture of the San Chi people associated with community tourism development in Quang Ninh province"; Building a "Model of Don ca tai tu club activities associated with Lang Rung tourism" in new rural construction in Ca Mau province; Building a model of "Vi, Giam folk song club activities in grassroots cultural life" in Ha Tinh province.
Specifically, in Quang Ninh , training was organized on methods and skills to build, establish and maintain the activities of folk song and dance clubs associated with community tourism development; Orientation to build community cultural activity models, aiming to promote traditional cultural values to create products serving sustainable tourism development in Quang Ninh province; Building a model of San Chi ethnic folk song and dance clubs in villages and hamlets associated with tourism development.
In Ca Mau, organize an introduction to the value of the intangible cultural heritage "Don ca tai tu"; the traditional cultural value of "Lang Rung" in the resistance war against the US to save the country; Orientation to build a model of "Don ca tai tu club associated with Lang Rung tourism" in building new rural areas; promote traditional cultural values to create products serving sustainable tourism development in the locality. Along with that, training on methods and skills to build, establish and maintain the activities of folk song and folk dance clubs; exploit and promote traditional cultural values to serve the development of community tourism; Organize visual propaganda activities, on media to introduce and promote the unique traditional cultural values of the locality; Build a "Model of Don ca tai tu club associated with Lang Rung tourism" to exploit and promote traditional cultural values associated with tourism development.
In Ha Tinh, organize training to disseminate contents on preserving and promoting traditional cultural identity associated with tourism development in new rural construction and methods and skills to build, establish and maintain the activities of Vi and Giam Folk Song Club; Orientation to build cultural activity models to promote traditional cultural values of Vi and Giam Folk Songs, create products to serve sustainable tourism development; Organize visual propaganda activities on media about traditional cultural values of Vi and Giam Folk Songs, the beauty of cultural activities in the community.
Construction models must closely follow the goals, tasks, and solutions on preserving cultural identity associated with tourism development in new rural construction, ensuring practicality, feasibility, and sustainability./.
