Attending the Conference were comrade Pham Hoang Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Head of the Subcommittee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, members of the Document Subcommittee; departments, branches and sectors, members of the Document Editing Team.

At the Conference, the Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Document Subcommittee, emphasized the particularly important role of the Political Report in orienting the comprehensive development strategy of Thai Nguyen province in the 2025-2030 term. The Provincial Party Secretary requested members of the Document Subcommittee and delegates to focus on clarifying key contents, including: The motto and theme of the Congress must ensure that it clearly reflects the spirit of innovation, creativity and sustainable development of the province. Socio-economic indicators need to be specified, ensuring feasibility and suitability to the practical situation. Important indicators such as economic growth (GRDP), investment attraction, job creation and improving people's lives must be prioritized for clarification.
Delegates giving opinions at the Conference
With a spirit of urgency, seriousness and responsibility, the delegates discussed and contributed many opinions to the draft Political Report (first time) prepared by the Document Editorial Team; in which it was clearly stated that the draft had assessed quite comprehensively, objectively and honestly the situation, results achieved, advantages, limitations, causes and lessons learned; had inherited the viewpoints, major orientations, key solutions of the previous term and absorbed a number of guiding viewpoints, policies and major orientations in the draft Central documents.
Emphasizing that the preparation of the documents of the 20th Provincial Party Congress is of utmost importance, demonstrating the vision and strategic thinking of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the political determination of the entire Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in Thai Nguyen province in the coming term and the following years; the Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the Document Editorial Team, and at the same time requested the Document Editorial Team to fully absorb the opinions and contributions of the delegates at the Conference, continue to complete the draft Political Report to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee according to regulations.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that after the Conference, the Editorial Team continue to send the draft Document for members of the Editorial Team, levels and sectors to participate in giving opinions and initiatives, in which opinions must include data reports and specific solutions proposed in writing. The Editorial Team needs to regularly meet with each sector to unify data to serve the drafting of the document. The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that members of the Editorial Team and levels and sectors will focus their intelligence and highest responsibility to contribute to the drafting of the Congress Document to ensure scientificity , efficiency and convenience in organization and implementation.
