Building Red Scarf houses for poor students in Vinh Binh commune

The Steering Committee of the Youth Volunteer Summer Campaign of Vinh Binh Commune in coordination with the Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education organized the groundbreaking ceremony to build a Red Scarf house for poor students in the commune.

Representatives of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and leaders of Vinh Binh commune started building a Red Scarf house for Phan Thanh Loc's family.

The student who received the house this time is Phan Thanh Loc, residing in Tan Binh hamlet, Vinh Binh commune. Loc is studying at Vinh Binh Bac Primary and Secondary School, Vinh Binh commune; his family is in difficult circumstances in the locality.

The house has an area of 40m², the construction cost is 60 million VND. Of which, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education supported 50 million VND, and the Future Incubation Group in Ho Chi Minh City supported 10 million VND.
