On November 11, Mr. Cao Tuong Huy - Acting Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee inspected the field to study and consider investing in the project of the road connecting Love Bridge with Cua Luc 3 Bridge.
Based on the proposed research and field survey of the route, Mr. Cao Tuong Huy emphasized that the investment policy of the Love Bridge connecting road project with Cua Luc 3 bridge is to realize the planning of Quang Ninh province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 and the general planning of Ha Long city approved by the Prime Minister .
After completion and put into use, the Project will contribute significantly to perfecting the transport infrastructure system, creating a new development space for Ha Long City in a sustainable direction, in line with the requirements of green growth and adaptation to climate change, taking Cua Luc Bay as the connection center, in a multi-polar direction, in harmony with the World Natural Heritage of Ha Long Bay and the northern mountainous areas of Ha Long City.

Mr. Cao Tuong Huy requested departments and branches of Quang Ninh province to coordinate with Ha Long city to provide opinions so that the consulting unit can complete the project proposal research with the goal of minimizing the impact on the natural landscape, environment and mangrove ecosystem. The project scale is synchronized with the Love Bridge and Cua Luc 3 Bridge. The bridges on the route must be designed in a modern and unique way.
According to the research report proposed by the consulting unit, the project connecting the Love Bridge with Cua Luc 3 Bridge includes a main road with a length of nearly 8km, starting at the intersection of the Love Bridge approach road, ending at the intersection of the Cua Luc 3 Bridge approach road in the area of 2 communes Le Loi and Thong Nhat (both in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province).
The branch route of the Project is 1.5km long, the end point of the route is at the intersection between Provincial Road 342 and National Highway 279. The entire route has a total of 5 large bridges, of which the main route has 4 bridges and the branch route has 1 bridge .
