Disciplinary review of 6 officials related to land

On June 1, according to information from the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the unit just held its 73rd meeting to review and conclude a number of important contents.

In particular, reviewing the inspection results when there are signs of violations against a number of Party organizations under the Party Committee of the Dong Trieu Town Government in the work of advising on the implementation of state management of land and construction in Yen Tho ward, Hong Thai Dong and Hong Thai Tay communes (Dong Trieu town, Quang Ninh province).

The Inspection Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee concluded: Regarding violations and shortcomings of Party organizations and Party members in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of land management, land division, and land use purpose conversion, it agreed to assign the Dong Trieu Town Party Committee to lead, direct, and organize the implementation of disciplinary action against 1 Party organization (Party Cell of the Town's Department of Natural Resources and Environment) and 6 individuals.

The individuals include: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Trung - Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Trieu Town; Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Director of the Town's Land Use Registration Office; Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Deputy Head of the Town's Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Hoang Phu Khanh - Deputy Head of the Town's Urban Management Department; Mr. Ha Hai Anh - Specialist of the Town's Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Ms. Nguyen Thanh Huyen - Officer of the Town's Land Use Registration Office.

At the same time, review and consider the responsibilities of 4 Party organizations and 9 individuals; Direct and organize the review and experience drawing for 1 Party organization and 2 individuals.

The Inspection Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee assigned the Dong Trieu Town Party Committee to urgently and resolutely lead and direct the overcoming of consequences of violations and shortcomings; strengthen inspection and supervision of land management, construction order, public investment, and non-budgetary investment.

In addition, lead and direct a comprehensive inspection of the issuance of land use right certificates, land division, and change of land use purpose in Dong Trieu town from the beginning of 2021 to present to handle violations (if any) in accordance with the Party's regulations and the State's laws for relevant organizations and individuals and revoke, cancel, and handle in accordance with the law the issued land use right certificates that have violated.

Also at the 73rd session, the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also reviewed the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and party discipline enforcement tasks for the Ha Long City Party Committee, Uong Bi City Party Committee and Van Don District Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: Besides the advantages, the inspected party organizations also have some limitations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, organization of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline.

The Inspection Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee requested the Ha Long City Party Committee, Uong Bi City Party Committee, and Van Don District Party Committee to promote their strengths, seriously review, learn from experience, and promptly overcome the limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out.

The Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee assigned the Van Don District Party Committee to direct the organization of inspections and review the responsibilities of a number of Party organizations that have committed violations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, and implementation of inspection and supervision tasks .
