Recently, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission (IC) issued a press release for its 28th meeting.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed and disciplined a number of party members.
Specifically, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission agreed to discipline Mr. Dinh Xuan Dieu, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Pak District; former Deputy Director of the Department of Finance with the form of Reprimand.
However, the statute of limitations for disciplinary action has now expired. Therefore, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requests that Mr. Dieu seriously learn from the shortcomings and violations that have been pointed out and not repeat them.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also requested the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to consider and discipline Mr. Tran Vinh Canh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term, according to his authority.
At the same time, discipline Mr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Party Cell Secretary, Director of Nam Ka Special-Use Forest Management Board (2014 - 2020 period) with the form of Warning.

According to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Mr. Nhat made violations and shortcomings in: Reviewing, updating, and reporting forest developments; poor forest management and protection, leading to the degradation of forest land and natural forests, affecting State resources; making annual plans to provide forest environmental services that are not in accordance with the forest area eligible for provision, leading to the collection of the amount of money that has been granted; making records and signing and approving payment vouchers for disbursing support money to the Shock Teams of communes in 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018 in the work of coordinating forest patrols and protection, not in accordance with regulations.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline Mr. Hoa Quang Khiem, former Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of M'Drắk District for the 2015-2020 term, with the form of Reprimand. Mr. Khiem had many shortcomings and violations: In the State management of land, forestry and in implementing inspection conclusions; in directing anti-corruption work, in disseminating the Law on Anti-Corruption and guiding documents to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; slow in directing the implementation of asset and income declaration in 2015; not properly implementing the transfer of work positions for cadres, civil servants and public employees according to regulations.
In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also disciplined Mr. Nguyen Nhu But, former Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Don district for the 2015-2020 term, with the form of Reprimand, due to many shortcomings and violations in forest management and protection, in land use planning, land management and in directing the implementation of inspection conclusions; in directing the work of preventing and combating corruption, there were still shortcomings in not developing a program and plan for preventing and combating corruption, not guiding and implementing regulations on transparency of assets and income...
Also at this session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission agreed to transfer the process of reviewing and disciplining Mr. Vu Minh Thanh, former Deputy Director of the Department of Construction. Mr. Thanh had shortcomings and violations in signing and advising the Provincial People's Committee on the content of a number of documents that were not strict and did not comply with state regulations on construction investment in the implementation of a number of projects in the province. These shortcomings and violations caused public opinion, affecting the reputation of the Department's Party Committee, the Department of Construction and Mr. Thanh personally.
At the same time, it is recommended that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee consider and take disciplinary action according to its authority against Mr. Lam Tu Toan, former Director of the Department of Construction. Mr. Toan is responsible as the head and directly responsible for advising the Provincial People's Committee on the content of a number of documents that are not strict and do not comply with state regulations on construction investment in the implementation of a number of projects in the province.
