Within the framework of the event “Hello Ca Mau” taking place in Ho Chi Minh City, Meritorious Artist Nguyen Thi My Hanh – Deputy Director of Cao Van Lau Theater (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province) signed and issued a plan to organize, build and perform a series of special art programs at the Food Festival – Ca Mau Crab Festival, at the same time promoting communication activities, promoting the image of Ca Mau to people and tourists.

Art with the theme "Homeland Flavor"
Cao Van Lau Theater creates 04 comprehensive art programs with a duration of about 90 minutes, including singing - dancing - music performances with the theme "Homeland Flavor", expressing the typical cultural nuances of the land of Ca Mau - Bac Lieu.
During the period from November 18 to 21, at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House, the Theater organized 90-minute performances, serving a large audience and tourists who came to visit the Food Festival - Ca Mau Crab Festival.
Meritorious Artist My Hanh added: “The performance program includes Southern amateur music - UNESCO intangible cultural heritage; Cai luong excerpts with profound vọng cổ verses, reminiscent of the Southern theatrical tradition; Khmer Du ke art, imbued with the cultural colors of ethnic minorities in the province; folk dances, songs praising the homeland, islands, and people of Ca Mau”…
