Penalties for 9 cases of violations of construction and mineral order in Hoa Xuan commune

According to the People's Committee of Hoa Xuan commune, through the process of patrolling and checking the situation of construction order, land and minerals in the area, the commune's functional forces discovered 9 cases of administrative violations.

Authorities promptly detected and prevented cases of people illegally building houses in the project area.

In addition, to facilitate people, the commune has guided 15 cases in completing procedures for granting permits to build individual houses, granting construction permits to 6 cases.

Recently, violations of construction order and illegal exploitation of mineral resources, especially in areas within the project area such as: Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Hoa Tam Industrial Park - Phase 1; Investment in construction of Bai Goc port... have been complicated.

In addition to increasing patrols, resolutely handling violations, and promptly stopping construction to restore the original land status, the People's Committee of Hoa Xuan commune focuses on propaganda to raise people's awareness of compliance.
