Xuan Dai conducts training after launching ceremony of "Digital Popular Education"

On the morning of September 9, Xuan Dai Ward People's Committee organized the launching ceremony of the "Digital Education for All" movement and the "Digital Education for All" Week. Attending were leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, departments, organizations, residential groups and a large number of people.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Luom, member of the Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee affirmed: the movement "Digital literacy" aims to popularize digital knowledge and skills for all classes of people, helping people grasp and apply digital technology in daily life, promoting socio -economic development, contributing to building Xuan Dai ward more and more civilized and modern; Party committees, authorities and organizations at all levels need to promote their exemplary role, taking the lead in digital transformation; Community digital technology groups need to stick close to the grassroots, wholeheartedly guide and accompany the people, ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital transformation process.

According to the Plan, Xuan Dai ward launched the "Digital Education for All" movement with a focus on 100 peak days from July 15, 2025 to October 25, 2025. During this period, the locality focused on implementing the following tasks: maintaining the activities of the Ward Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06; popularizing digital skills for over 80% of cadres, civil servants and public employees; 100% of high school students were trained in digital skills; 60% of adults had access to information on digital transformation, of which 40% were confirmed to meet the standards on VNeID; striving for 60% of workers in enterprises and cooperatives to have basic digital skills; expanding the use of the "Dak Lak Digital" application, digital signatures and ".vn" domain names.

In particular, the "Digital Literacy Week" will be held from September 9 to September 15, 2025, with the participation of Community Digital Technology Teams, who will directly guide people in 5 basic digital skills: using online public services; online shopping; online payment; self-protection in cyberspace and using digital platforms for administrative procedures.

Within the framework of the program, the People's Committee of Xuan Dai Ward announced the decisions to establish the Ward Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06; decided to complete the community digital technology teams in the neighborhood; and at the same time assigned specific tasks to each unit to ensure the synchronous and effective organization and implementation of the movement.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the People's Committee of Xuan Dai Ward deployed training courses for the Community Digital Technology Team in the neighborhoods. This activity aims to quickly put the movement into practice, creating a widespread influence among the people. The training content focuses on practical topics such as: instructions on installing and using the VNeID application; practicing 5 basic digital skills; performing administrative procedures on the Online Public Service Portal; exploiting the utilities of the Dak Lak So application; registering for an account and a course on the Digital Education Popularization page; using the eTax Mobile application in electronic tax transactions.
