Cutting down fallen trees at noon, quickly ensuring traffic safety for people

By noon on August 26, some streets in Nghe An were still unable to return to normal traffic due to the large number of fallen trees. Authorities mobilized maximum human and material resources, working through noon to clear the debris and ensure safety for people and vehicles.
