According to Ha Nam Provincial Police, from April 24 to May 11, the Internal Political Security Department of Ha Nam Provincial Police discovered that the YouTube channel "Kien Choi" continuously posted 10 videos with violent content, inciting violence with acts of illegal arrest, physical abuse, insults, and humiliation of others...
Working with the police, the channel owner, a young man named Kien (residing in Yen Nam commune, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province) admitted to using supporting tools and weapons such as pig-stabbing knives (knives attached to iron pipes), knives, swords... and organizing, acting, and filming videos with the above content at several locations in Yen Nam commune and Lam Ha ward (Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province).
"Kien broom" admitted to posting videos with bad content on YouTube for the purpose of gaining likes and making revenue. Kien's videos have affected the awareness of a segment of young people, who are easily provoked to commit acts of violence.
