Het hoogste salaris voor ambtenaren in het beroepsonderwijs bedraagt 14,4 miljoen VND.

Circulaire 07/2023/TT-BLDTBXH legt codes, normen voor beroepstitels, salarisclassificatie en promotie van beroepstitels vast voor ambtenaren die gespecialiseerd zijn in beroepsonderwijs . Deze circulaire treedt in werking op 15 oktober 2023.

Dienovereenkomstig moeten ambtenaren wier salarissen zijn ingedeeld in de beroepstitels van ambtenaren die gespecialiseerd zijn in beroepsonderwijs, zoals gespecificeerd in Circulaire 07/2023/TT-BLDTBXH, de overeenkomstige salaristabel toepassen die is uitgegeven bij Besluit 204/2004/ND-CP, met name als volgt:

- Docent beroepsonderwijs - Code: V.09.02.01, past salariscoëfficiënt type A3 groep 1 ambtenaar (A3.1) toe van salariscoëfficiënt 6,20 naar salariscoëfficiënt 8,00.

- Hoofddocent beroepsonderwijs - Code: V.09.02.02, past salariscoëfficiënt ambtenaar type A2 groep 1 (A2.1) toe van salariscoëfficiënt 4,40 naar salariscoëfficiënt 6,78.

- Docent theoretisch beroepsonderwijs - Code: V.09.02.03, salariscoëfficiënt ambtenaar type A1 van salariscoëfficiënt 2,34 tot en met salariscoëfficiënt 4,98 wordt toegepast.

- Docent beroepspraktijkvorming - Code: V.09.02.04, past salariscoëfficiënt ambtenaar type A0 toe van salariscoëfficiënt 2,10 naar salariscoëfficiënt 4,89.

- Leraar beroepsonderwijs - Code: V.09.02.05, past salariscoëfficiënt ambtenaar type A3 groep 2 (A3.2) toe, van salariscoëfficiënt 5,75 naar salariscoëfficiënt 7,55.

- Hoofddocent beroepsonderwijs - Code: V.09.02.06, past salariscoëfficiënt ambtenaar type A2 groep 1 (A2.1) toe van salariscoëfficiënt 4,40 naar salariscoëfficiënt 6,78.

- Leraar theoretisch beroepsonderwijs - Code: V.09.02.07, past salariscoëfficiënt ambtenaar type A1 toe van salariscoëfficiënt 2,34 naar salariscoëfficiënt 4,98.

- Leraar beroepsonderwijs - Code: V.09.02.08, past salariscoëfficiënt ambtenaar type A0 toe van salariscoëfficiënt 2,10 naar salariscoëfficiënt 4,89.

- Leraar beroepsonderwijs - Code: V.09.02.09, past salariscoëfficiënt ambtenaar type B toe van salariscoëfficiënt 1,86 naar salariscoëfficiënt 4,06.

Met het huidige basisloon van VND 1.800.000 is het hoogste salaris voor ambtenaren in de beroepsonderwijssector (coëfficiënt 8,00) VND 14.400.000.
