10 projects entered the final round of Danang Innovation Startup 2025

DNVN - Within the framework of the Danang Innovation and Startup Festival 2025 (SURF 2025), on July 29 at the National Assembly Guest House in Danang, the final round of the Danang Innovation and Startup Competition 2025 took place with 10 excellent projects selected through the qualifying round.

Round 1 of the Da Nang City 2025 Innovation and Technology Competition took place on July 4 with 31 projects participating. Based on criteria of creativity, product necessity, communication plan, product uniqueness, competitiveness and differentiation, business model, etc., the jury selected 10 projects for the final round.

Including eTelecom; Rally AI; EARTEM; VicoNext - Smart connection platform applying NFC & AI; Enfue; LocalLife.Asia; Coffee Market; TikTour.vn; AIVOS; LotusEase - Semi-automatic fresh lotus seed shelling machine. Including 5 projects from Da Nang; 1 project from Russia; 2 projects from Hanoi ; 2 projects from Ho Chi Minh City and Nghe An.

From July 17 to 18, these projects participated in a training program on project writing skills, planning, presentation, etc. and 1-1 consulting support by the Danang Innovation Support Center (DISC) in collaboration with the Danang Business Incubator (DNES).

At the final round on July 29, the general criteria for the Jury to select projects included innovation and technology of products and services; ability to solve problems and meet market needs (usefulness); feasibility and sustainability of the business model;

Along with that are the potential for growth and market expansion (domestic and international); team, management and consulting capacity; marketing and communication plan; social and environmental impact (sustainability); ability to present in English, answer questions, present projects... The official results of the competition will be announced on the day of SURF 2025 (July 30).

According to Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang, Pham Ngoc Sinh, as an event in a series of typical activities of SURF 2025, the competition not only selects and develops talents but also honors and creates a breakthrough for innovative science and technology projects in Da Nang city.

Mr. Sinh said that over the years, the competition has discovered and nurtured many excellent projects, which have now made remarkable progress such as Vinseed Biotechnology Company Limited, FiveSS Technology Joint Stock Company, Acronics Solutions Company Limited...

“This year’s competition selected 10 quality projects in the fields of AI, IT, telecommunications, software solutions, machine manufacturing technology, environment, circular economy , recycling technology, HR Tech, etc. This is a positive sign for the Da Nang innovative technology ecosystem as the projects catch up with the world’s development trends,” said Mr. Pham Ngoc Sinh.

He also emphasized that what is special is that this year's competition has many projects from high school and university students in Da Nang participating. This shows the strong spread of the entrepreneurial spirit to the elements in the ecosystem.

On the same day, July 29, the KNĐMST exhibition will also take place with about 100 booths participating directly in addition to about 200 booths participating on the virtual reality platform from July to December 2025 (https://vrfair.startupdanang.vn/). This is truly a very necessary and useful playground for startups to introduce products, connect, and support each other to develop.
