Quickly remove difficulties in implementing investment procedures for the 50 Le Hong Phong Apartment Complex Project

On the morning of July 30, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with relevant departments, branches and units on the implementation of investment procedures for the Apartment Project at 50 Le Hong Phong, Nam Nha Trang Ward.

According to the report, the 50 Le Hong Phong Apartment Project was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to Nha Trang High-rise Building and Trade Investment Company Limited as the investor since 2003. The project is invested on a land area of over ^5,500m2 , with a total investment of over 370 billion VND. However, due to many reasons, the project has not been implemented yet, causing the 50 Le Hong Phong land to be abandoned, causing waste. Currently, the enterprise has submitted a report requesting the competent authority to consider approving the investment policy of this project.

After listening to the opinions of departments, branches and investors, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review and guide Nha Trang High-rise Building and Trade Investment Company Limited to complete land-related procedures. Relevant departments and branches will coordinate with investors to continue to remove obstacles to soon implement the project in accordance with the law.
