The contest is an opportunity for young people to explore the depth of Korean literary works, encouraging critical thinking, artistic appreciation, and creative writing skills.

Contestants choose 1 of 3 works translated into Vietnamese to write a review, including: The Nature of Man (Han Kang), Encyclopedia of Demons and Ghosts - Korean Demons (Ko Seong Bae), Today I Got Angry at Mom Again (Jang Hae Joo). Prize structure: 1 first prize worth 9 million VND; 2 second prizes, 6 million VND/prize; 5 third prizes, 2.5 million VND/prize; 7 consolation prizes, 1 million VND/prize; 10 "Most favorite work" prizes, 500,000 VND/prize.
The deadline for submissions is September 11, 2025, and the results will be announced on September 26. The award ceremony will take place in early October within the framework of the 2025 Korean Literature Day program at Van Lang University, with the participation of many guests from the Vietnamese-Korean literary and academic circles.
