These are households that have submitted applications to reclaim all remaining land, including land outside the traffic protection corridor, and to resettle elsewhere. The locations of the households that were drawn for land are in residential areas of groups 3 and 4, Quy Thanh 2 village, Binh Quy commune.

Also at the above location, Thang Binh district has arranged 31 plots of land facing National Highway 14E to resettle households affected by the iron overpass area of Binh Quy commune.

Currently, 37 households have submitted applications to reclaim all remaining land, including land outside the traffic protection corridor, and to resettle elsewhere. Up to now, the Center for Land Fund Development and Industry - Services of Thang Binh District has organized a lottery to allocate land to 15 households.

In the railway overpass area, according to the approved design, 59 households (63 plots) will be affected. To date, the district has approved compensation plans for 45 households (48 plots) with a total amount of more than 10.5 billion VND.

Currently, 12 households (14 plots) have agreed to receive the money; the remaining 33 households (34 plots) have not agreed to receive the money because the compensation price is low, and the households have opinions that opening the overpass will limit the value of the land plot. The remaining 14 plots have not approved the compensation and support plan because they are submitting the land acquisition notice adjustment to the district's Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Recently, Thang Binh district and Binh Quy commune have organized many dialogues to mobilize households to receive money and hand over the land. The locality strives to hand over the land of the railway overpass area by the end of this year.
