On the evening of January 17, at the intersection of Nguyen Hoang Ton - Lac Long Quan (Tay Ho district, Hanoi ), a rehearsal of the program "Light Concert - Welcome New Year 2025" took place .
The highlight of this event is the presence of 2,025 drones performing lighting technology combined with symphony orchestra and modern music in the sky of West Lake.
Although the weather in Hanoi is quite cold and the lakeside has a cold wind, thousands of people still show up eagerly waiting to see the special light show welcoming the new year 2025.
The program is not only a music and light party, but also evokes pride in heritage, combining thousand-year spirit with modern creativity, contributing to promoting Hanoi to become the leading cultural and creative destination in the region.
The highlight of the “Light Concert – Welcome New Year 2025” is the light show from 2,025 drones combined with the music of a symphony orchestra.

The symbol of Nhat Tan Bridge and the Cat Linh - Ha Dong elevated railway train shows that the capital's traffic infrastructure is increasingly developing.

After more than 3 hours of waiting, the extended family of Ms. Thuy Duong (32 years old, Tay Ho district) was delighted and overwhelmed when enjoying the drone performance.
“I found the performance to be wonderful and satisfying, Vietnam’s technical and technological level is improving day by day. Personally, I was most impressed with the image of Vietnam in the era of rising up, the country is developing more and more, I feel more and more proud”, Ms. Duong excitedly shared.
The program "Light Concert - Welcome New Year 2025" will officially take place at 8:00 p.m. tonight (January 18) at the intersection of Nguyen Hoang Ton - Lac Long Quan (Tay Ho district, Hanoi).
