The world-famous culinary website Taste Atlas announced a list of 65 of the best chicken dishes in Asia at the end of January. Culinary experts and famous chefs selected these dishes based on the criteria of: meeting the standards of taste, easy to eat, typical of the destination and famous, all rated from 4 stars or higher on a 5-star scale. The list is a suggestion for diners wondering: "What to eat when coming to Asia" for their upcoming trip .
The four Vietnamese dishes mentioned are lemongrass and chili chicken (36th), chicken curry (39th), chicken salad (57th) and boiled chicken (60th).
