On the afternoon of September 13, according to information from Ha Tinh General Hospital, the hospital has just received, provided emergency care, and treated 4 residents of village 10 (Ha Linh commune, Huong Khe mountainous district, Ha Tinh province) who were suspected of being poisoned due to eating mushrooms of unknown origin.

According to initial information, on the evening of September 12, the family of Mr. D.QH, (41 years old, residing in village 10, Ha Linh commune) invited 3 people residing in the same village to their house for dinner. The meal included a dish of stir-fried mushrooms that Mr. D.QH and his wife took while working in the forest.

About 30 minutes after eating, all 5 people vomited, then had stomachaches and diarrhea. Knowing that they were poisoned, Mr. D.QH and his wife, Ms. TTP (37 years old), along with Mr. NVĐ (42 years old), and TVM (44 years old) were taken to Ha Tinh General Hospital for emergency treatment; the remaining person was treated at home.

Among them, 5 people showed signs of poisoning after eating mushrooms. It is possible that this is a type of mushroom that often grows in the acacia forest area in Hamlet 10 (Hamlet 10 is about 7km from the administrative center of Ha Linh Commune).

Up to this point, the health of the 5 people has stabilized. Up to now, there have been no recorded cases of people being poisoned by eating this type of mushroom.
